English Tutors Needed
Become and English tutor to students currently living in China using video conferencing technology. Students and tutors are able to see and hear each other in real time using webcams and microphones connected to their computers. Tutoring on the computer allows tutors to work from home, and schedules are very flexible! Tutors can work as few or as many hours per week as desired.
Becoming a tutor involves a brief application process, followed by a series of training sessions. All tutoring materials are provided, including mini-lesson plans and textbooks. After all applications and training are completed, tutors begin working directly with students living in China! We tutor students of all ages and skill levels, from kindergartners to business and law professionals. No prior experience is required, and all are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:
* Availability in the MORNING and/or on WEEKENDS
* Patient and funny
* Willing to teach
* Native English speaker with good pronunciation
* Able to speak SLOWLY
* Able to explain things in simple words
* Comfortable working with computers
* Must have access to a computer with a webcam and microphone
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality tutoring
* Previous ESL teaching experience or online teaching experience preferred but not required
* Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese are preferred but it is not required
