Best Buy is currently hiring online work-at-home technical support agents. This job description includes someone who will connect and communicate with clients using online or phone portal, and recommends appropriate solutions based on the client’s description of the situation and their own diagnosis. You must have a strong desire and ability to inform clients of offers and overcome objections and you must be flexible in both schedule and work load. Qualifications include;
- PC Maintenance, repair, and client facing experience
- Advanced manual malware removal skills
- Networking proficiency – Including gaming, home theater systems, and mobile phones
- Ability to diagnosis and repair basic issues in the Mac OS environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Can work a dynamic, flexible schedule, that includes Holidays, overnights, and weekends
- Ability to work with limited or no supervision and in physical isolation, as this is a REMOTE, work from home position
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where living through challenge and change is a daily requirement
- Must have a quiet work environment to make and receive phone calls to clients
- 18 or Older
