As you all know there are a number of virtual call center companies out there that hire people to work from home. I will be posting my updated list of those another day here. I wanted to post this today though about this company called NEW that I just heard of the other day that is now hiring employees to work from home as a home based CCR(Customer Care Representative). Basically they are a virtual call center company that handles retail, manufacturer, utility and financial service companies. Although the company looks like it has been around for a while from what I hear they have only been hiring from home the last few years. They handle incoming customer service and support calls, no sales. They have more information on their website to look over the requirements you need on your computer, etc. One thing it does mention on the website is that you have to do training at one of their facilities. From what I have heard if you happen to live near one of their offices you would train there otherwise you have to have enough people in your area interested to hold one there. I wanted to mention this one today because the website says they are holding a virtual job fair tomorrow so if you think there might be a possibility that you would be interested you could attend in order to get more information about the job and where training would be offered.
