A LetMeGo aMeGo is the name for the travel/customer service agents for LetMeGo.com. This position entails helping customers through email, chat and phone. This position is open to anyone in the world that meets the qualifications, not just the United States.
LetMeGo, an internet startup that provides a marketplace in which lodgings compete for travelers' business, is looking for customer service fanatics (or, as we call them, LetMeGo aMeGoes). As an aMeGo, you will provide expert assistance to lodgings and travelers who use our web 2.0 system, and will work to assure their satisfaction. You will work your magic for our lodging partners and traveler customers primarily via email, supplemented with online chat and phone calls. We are looking for smart, dedicated people who can handle each situation through their expertise and resourcefulness--our aMeGoes do not read from scripts. Instead, you will be expected to address each customer's needs with professionalism, intuition, and an ability to think on your feet (Zappos style). You can perform this job anywhere in the world as long as you have a stable, high-speed Internet connection.
Position Details
- Provide outstanding customer service to LetMeGo users by email, supplemented with phone calls and online chat, as needed.
- Review, improve, and approve itineraries submitted by travelers.
- Review and approve bids submitted by lodgings.
- Ensure that users of our service experience the highest possible level of satisfaction.
- Take advantage of the freedom and responsibility we will entrust you with to provide the 120% customer satisfaction we guarantee to our users. You won't have a script of any kind.

Minimum Requirements
Successful candidates must possess all of these skills, attributes, and tools, without exception:
- 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent online conversational skills
- Excellent grammar
- Passion, even fanaticism, for customer service
- Great sense of humor
- The ability to perservere and excel even in repetitive tasks
- Should be available to work in different shifts during the day, with occasional weekend work.
- Willingness to work additional hours as the need arises.
- The ability to work well with virtual teams (you may never get to see your coworkers in person).
- A stable, high-speed, low-latency, Internet connection.
- A computer with Windows Vista or Windows 7, and webcam.
- A headset with a noise-cancelling microphone.
- A comfortable desk in a noise-free environment.
While not required, these skills are considered highly relevant as we seek our new LetMeGo aMeGoes:
