KGb now hiring in Canada and Phillipines

I have a previous post about KGB that you can read about here. But today, wanted to let anyone who was interested know that I received an email from them stating that starting this week they are now hiring in Canada and the Philippines as well. Here is the information from the email.

We’re excited to announce that we will be welcoming Canadian and Philippines Special Agents into our ranks next week!

We offer the 542542 service in Canada, so having Canadian Special Agents online makes perfect sense! And, kgb_ has had a presence in the Philippines for the past eight years, so it’s a logical step to offer the work at home opportunity there. We’ve seen great results with the Philippines, and, as an added bonus, we will receive help during the tough-to-staff overnights as a result of the time zone difference.

U.S. Special Agents took their first texts for 542542 on January 19, 2009, and recruits from Canada will be online exactly one year later, on January 19, 2010. Recruits from the Philippines will join us in Full Agent status on January 22, 2010. If you have friends or family in Canada or the Philippines, have them join us! Tell them to take the Special Agents Challenge.

Win a New HP Mini 110

This is not a work from home opportunity but I thought many of you might be interested in it. Help me(and you too) win a new HP Mini 110!!!

Mom Bloggers Club is giving away some new HP Mini 110s to some lucky bloggers and some lucky readers as well, sponsored by HP and Windows 7!
I could really use a laptop to help simplify my life. Balancing life with kids is usually hectic enough but as some of you know, I homeschool my kids as well and I also work from home. Combine that with keeping this blog up to date and keeping in touch with friends and I have to say I am on the computer a LOT. Currently our home schedule consists of schooling in the morning and then when it is the baby's naptime I work on the computer. I try not to let working from home ever interfere with homeschooling but it is difficult at times when I am on a deadline for something. I think having a laptop would simplify things because some of the work that I do from home is pretty mindless at times and my three older kids are pretty self sufficient as far as knowing what work has to be done each day and doing it. I sit with them to answer questions and help them as needed but I could be getting some work done as well during this time if I had a laptop. I also think it would be great during the summer because we live directly across the street from a playground that the kids frequent. Sometimes if they ask to go to the park I have work I need to get done before I can take a break to go sit over there to watch them. If I was mobile I could work away on the park bench while they enjoyed the playground. We already have wireless internet hooked up at home because my husband uses it for his laptop which he works from home with so all I need is a laptop of my own. I just love being able to stay home with my kids and I love the fact that I am able to homeschool them. It really is a blessing but I also need to help out by making some money from home as well in order to allow me to afford to stay home with my children. As hectic as life is with four kids home all day long and trying to school them as well, anything that could help simplify that would be a huge help. This is how a HP Mini 110 would help simplify my life, how could it simplify yours?

The Mom Bloggers Club will be choosing three lucky bloggers to win a HP Mini 110. The bloggers with the best posts on how an HP Mini would simplify their life will win but they are also going to be giving some away to readers as well. They will be giving away three HP Minis to readers who comment on my post or another blogger's posts about how the HP Mini could simplify their life. So leave me a comment on this post and be entered into a random drawing for three lucky readers to win a new laptop! Good luck!

Watch Dara Torres on how to use the HP Mini 110 to simplify your life as well.
