Daily Deals for Moms is Hiring- Denver, CO ONLY

I have posted about Daily Deals for Moms here in the past, I just love them. Not only is it run by two great Moms who offer deals directed at Moms but they are great at supporting local small businesses. Well they are hiring again and I thought I would pass on this great opportunity. This is a position as a project assistant and you would be working as an independent contractor. Our Independent Consultants are the core of our business. We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to take the proverbial ball and run with it - and run fast! We are seeking a Project Assistant who can manage multiple projects

JOB DESCRIPTION

Administration
Manage day to day administrative projects
Keep files and documents organized, updated and maintained
Write, Edit and Create documents to utilize for entire team of Daily Deals for Moms
Customer Service
Respond to customer service inquiries
Equip buyers with all necessary information, receipts, etc. when necessary
Answer calls, emails, within 24 hours with great attention to customer service and satisfaction
Organize customer service related calls, emails
Social Media Management
Manage multiple social media accounts from Facebook, Twitter, Digg, Linkedin and more
Day to day Tweeting, Posting, Liking, Sharing and growing online followings
Interactions with Businesses
Reach out to businesses
Interact with business owners
Answer day to day questions
Contract review and process
Notify business when their ad will run
Graphic Design
Update, Edit Materials
Ability to work with Adobe, Illustrator, InDesign
Networking
Represent Daily Deals for Moms at Networking events
