Work at Home: Lord & Taylor Customer Service

Lord and Taylor is currently hiring for work at home customer service reps that live near enough to the Wilkes_Barre PA area to attend training there. The job consists of handling customer service phone calls, live chats and email. You will attend a 2 to 4 week long training class (at our Lord & Taylor facility in Wilkes-Barre Twp.) which includes time allotted for on-the-job practice. For 1 additional week you will be guided by a group of high performers to ensure you have a successful transition after you have graduated from training.
