Work at Home: Carnival Cruise Lines Call Center

Carnival Cruise Lines is currently hiring telecommuters for their call center's night shift Sunday through Monday 6pm-9am ET. You will answer incoming calls from guests, travel partners and internal team members on existing individual and group bookings.Required skills include;

• High school degree or equivalent
• Excellent listening skills, strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Creative problem solver, ability to multi-task, PC literate
