Work at Home: Online Chat Agent

Needle is an online live chat sales platform. They work with different brands by offering live chat assistance to customers shopping on the brand's website. They hire online chat agents who have the knowledge to match their brands. Agents offer live chat sales assistance and usually make between $9-$12 an hour. If you are a big fan of a certain brand or have a lot of knowledge in a certain subject, you might be able to become a "needler".  The position they are currently hiring for is for the Norton brand. If you are tech savvy, knowledgeable about the Norton products or just a fan of the Norton brand, then you might be a good fit for this position. Work at Home: Tutoring Online

Connections Academy, one of the public school at home programs is currently hiring online tutors. In addition to being an accredited K-12 virtual school, Connections Academy offers evening tutoring hours for its students. Working out of their home, the tutors will manage a virtual classroom utilized by pre-screened students from Connections Education schools across the country. The virtual Tutoring Center will operate every evening from 6:00 pm Eastern time and will cater to students seeking help in all Elementary courses, Grades K-5. You must be available to work the following hours weekly: Monday/Wednesday from 3:00-6:00 Eastern Standard time; Tuesday/Thursday from 1:00-6:00pm EST; and Fridays from 9:00-5:00pm EST; for a total of 24 hours per week. Virtual Call Center Agent Job Updates

Just a few updates for everyone. I had a guest post over at Money Saving Mom on Friday about finding a job as a virtual call center agent. For the Skullcandy seasonal positions they are hiring either part-time 9am-5pm ET or part-time 1pm-9pm ET. Open English is currently hiring online ESL teachers. They are looking for people who are native English speakers with American or British accent and have experience teaching English to adults. You would be teaching at least 15 hours of classes per week including nights and weekends. Make Extra Money With Your iPhone

This would not be considered a work-at-home job but for those of you looking to make a little extra money in your free time, it might be a perfect way to do that. Field Agent is an app you can download for your iPhone and then use to perform tasks that will pay you. The way it works is after downloading the app, fill out your profile and then you can start looking for jobs in your area. They pay through Paypal. The pay is not enough to make it worth driving all over town for but if you are out running errands you can check to see what tasks are nearby. They are probably places you frequent already. Don't accept a job unless you are out or ready to go out to complete it because they usually need to be completed within a few hours.
