What You’ll Do: • Screen incoming vacation rental reviews for integrity and inappropriate content • When necessary, verify proof-of-stay via documentation and phone calls • Respond to user inquiries regarding vacation rental reviews • Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate bug reports to management team • Additional responsibilities will be assigned as necessary What We Seek: • Strong command of the English language • Excellent judgment skills • Professional phone manner • Business-to-consumer service/support experience (preferably for a popular consumer-facing web site) • Strong time management/prioritization skills and multi-tasking ability • Excellent people skills and the ability to resolve user issues diplomatically • Experience with using web-based tools and databases • Excellent editorial/writing skills • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
