Dealertrack Technologies is currently hiring an online chat customer service representative. This
person will respond to the company’s incoming chat requests from their clients in the auto industry and their customers. Previous customer service experience preferred along with a high school diploma. You must possess a personal computer running Windows XP/OS X.4 or greater with broadband internet connection. Must also possess strong internet Searching skills and the ability to type 30 WPM.
