Wyndham Vacations is currently hiring for work at home customer service reps. This branch of Wyndham is called Wyndham Vacation Ownership and is the world’s largest vacation ownership business. This position will take income phone calls and answer customer service questions in regards to owner inquiries, ownership changes, closing costs, recording fees and title insurance, releases of mortgage, and other questions relating to title and ownership.
Knowledge and skills needed
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Exceptional listening and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong reading comprehension skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- 2 years call center experience, preferably in a high volume professional environment
