This work at home job for Disney is responsible for engaging and providing guests with an entertaining experience in a work from home environment. This is a full-time or part-time, non-exempt position. You will answer inbound calls and assist guests with online purchases for the Disney Store.
What is the Disney Store?
For those unfamiliar with the Disney Store, it is basically the retail chain of Disney merchandise. You can find anything from Disney clothing, toys, and even home decor. There used to be many retail locations across the country but now it operates mostly as an online store.

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills, including online shopping experience
- Demonstrated success working as a member of a team
- Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate
- Able to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including evenings, holidays, weekends and call-in shifts
- Must maintain a professional appearance and meet Disney Store grooming guidelines
- A dedicated work environment that provides privacy in an office like setting
- Access to internet service with minimum upload speeds of 2Mbps
- No interruptions, loud background noises, or distractions during scheduled work hours
Disney Work From Home Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Call Center or retail or service industry
What Will I Do as a Disney Work From Home Guest Services Representative?
This position takes incoming phone calls for the Disney Store customer service. This includes helping customers place orders or assisting them with any issues they are having with their orders. The position also includes helping customers through email as well.

The majority of postings on this blog are legitimate work from home jobs that should have no start up costs with the exception of a few companies that charge you for the background check they run after they hire you which should be a very minimal cost. On the other hand, most work from home businesses charge some type of start up costs. If you are looking for more of a job then just start applying to all of the jobs I post here or you can look through the WAH Directory and apply to those companies that hire on a pretty consistent basis. Everything on that list is legitimate.

It you work from home, you are not required to conform to the dress standards - although I can see where they would not want any of their employees to have tats, facial hair and the like when meeting with other company ‘cast members’.

I work from home with Nordstrom. I started in October, it’s completely remote-training and work from home. I am part of a [email protected] Team and my boss is in Iowa while I am in Texas. 🙂 No fees, no background check fee-only thing I had to provide was my own headset and an extra monitor. And the pay is like no other company I’ve ever worked for—WELL above an average pay. I also have full health and dental benefits that doesn’t cost much for just myself. During the holidays I was able to volunteer to work as many hours as my body could handle, but now we’re in a slow period and hours have been reduced-not by much each week, usually just 1 day, but that can take a toll when I have bills to pay. Otherwise, I love my job!! 🙂
PS: I wonder how Disney could possibly know that you’re “groomed” and “professional” looking when you work from your home……do they require a webcam? Hmmm…..I wear jammies all day if I want to. Some days I don’t even brush my hair until well into the afternoon 😉
